- Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of water
- 4 Roma tomatoes
- one cup of green beans
- 2 grated carrots
- 2 heart of palms
- one can of sweet peas
- one glass of whipping cream
- two tablespoons of corn starch
- one cup of black olives
Instructions :
- saute 1/2 onion with 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- add one teaspoon of salt
- add the chicken breasts and cook until it becomes golden
- add 2 cups of water and cook for 3-5 minutes
- peel the roma tomatoes and add to the pan and close the pressure cooker for 10 minutes
- dice the green beans
- open the pressure cooker under cold water after pressure is released
- with a spoon break the chicken in smaller pieces
- add the green beans and the grated carrots to the pan
- add two sliced stalks of heart of palms and mix it with the mixture
- add the sweet peas
- mix well the corn starch and the whipping cream. Then add it to the sauce
- add the olives
Batter ingredients
- 5 whole eggs
- one cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
- 15 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

- add to the blender the eggs, milk, parmesan cheese, flour, baking powder and salt
